Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Groot

The Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) requires large companies (Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Groot) to file their statutory annual report in Inline XBRL from financial year 2025 onward. The iXBRL Conversion Service handles the full conversion. We receive the annual report in your existing format, return a validated Inline XBRL Report Package that meets the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) filing requirement, and stay with you through any review rounds and the filing itself.

You do not need a platform subscription, an API integration, or an in-house XBRL specialist. You send the document, we send the Report Package.

What we do

Intake. You submit the annual report in any common format with your consent: Word (.docx), PDF, Excel (.xlsx), HTML, or XHTML. You include the metadata we need to confirm scope (entity, financial year, taxonomy version).
Conversion. We convert the document to XHTML/iXBRL, preserving layout where the taxonomy requires it.
Final Report Package. We deliver the validated Inline XBRL Report Package, ready to file with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) (or with the relevant authority for other taxonomies).
XBRL tagging. We apply the required filing tags from the taxonomy. The Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Groot taxonomy for the primary use case. ESEF for regulated-market issuers. The Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW) taxonomy for education-sector reports. Other taxonomies as scope requires.
Validation. Structural, semantic, and taxonomy-specific validation. Errors are field-level with rule identifiers and remediation context.
Review round. You review the tagged report against your source. One review round is included in the Standard tier. Two rounds are included in the Professional tier.

No portal, no API. You submit one document. You receive one Report Package.
