ESEF annual report filing
File a compliant annual financial report, without the last-minute scramble.
Every issuer with securities admitted to trading on an EU regulated market must prepare its annual financial report in the European Single Electronic Format. In practice that means an XHTML report, with the IFRS consolidated financial statements tagged in Inline XBRL against the ESEF taxonomy, including block tagging of the notes. The file then goes to the Officially Appointed Mechanism in your home member state. The format is fixed, the conformance and filing rules are unforgiving, and the work tends to land in the narrow window between board sign-off and the filing deadline.
