Semansys is a platform for organisations with real compliance complexity: multiple mandates, multiple jurisdictions, multiple counterparty networks, or a need to embed compliance capability into their own product. The right commercial arrangement depends on what you are connecting, how much volume you are processing, and how you want to deploy.

How pricing works

Semansys pricing is structured around three variables: the capabilities you activate, the volume you process, and the deployment model you choose.

Capabilities

The platform covers eInvoicing, eReporting, eDelivery, and digital identity. You activate the modules relevant to your obligations. Organisations that need Peppol connectivity and multi-jurisdiction invoice exchange are priced differently from those who also need XBRL reporting or identity verification. You are not paying for a platform built for someone else’s use case.

Volume

Document volume, whether invoices, reports, or identity verifications, scales with your business. Pricing scales with it. We do not apply cliff-edge tiers that make growth expensive at arbitrary thresholds.

Deployment model

Semansys is available as a managed service for organisations connecting their own operations, and as an API-first platform for software vendors, accounting providers, and ERP integrators who want to embed compliance capability under their own brand. OEM and white-label arrangements are priced separately from direct deployments.

What is always included

Regardless of the arrangement, every Semansys deployment includes:

Regulatory monitoring and platform updates as mandates change, without additional project fees

Validation against current jurisdiction-specific artefacts, updated in line with published specification releases

Access to the Semansys compliance operations team for mandate questions and incident support

EU-hosted infrastructure with ISO 27001-certified security controls

Compliance technology that requires a separate project budget every time a jurisdiction updates its rules is not compliance technology. It is a recurring professional services engagement. Semansys pricing is designed so that staying current is part of what you pay for, not an extra.
